Мета: оплата тромбоконцентрату, компонентів крові та супроводжуючого матеріалу для дітей онко-гематологічного відділення СОДКЛ.
Після хіміотерапій рівень тромбоцитів у крові знижується до критичних цифр, внаслідок чого, імовірність кровотечі й смерті пацієнта дуже велика. Порятунком у таких випадках є замісне переливання тромбоконцентрата, якому можна одержати лише шляхом сепарування крові обстеженого донора. От тільки строк зберігання його - максимум п'ять діб.
Довідка донора для допуску на сепарацію дійсна протягом доби.
Отже, заготівля тромбоконцентрата взапас (на відміну від, наприклад, крові, строк придатності якої 30-35 доби) малоефективна.
Тому кожний випадок отримання тромбоконцентрату розглядається окремо.
Одна доза тромбоконцентрата складає близько 400 мл (або 450). Більшу частину вартості складає вартість сета ( 2600 грн) + кошти на його виготовлення + плата донору (1190 грн). Отже вартість однієї дози тромбоконцентрату – 3 790 грн.
З квітня 2013 року за рахунок коштів залучених акцією "Подаруй життя!" (2011-2012рр) відбувається оплата тромбоконцентрату.
Оплата сетів ведеться за рахунок коштів зібраних акцією "До Світлого дня - світлі вчинки" (2012р.)
